Christie's to Help Auction Closed Thai Finance Firms' Art BANGKOK Auctioneer Christie's International has been enlisted to help Thailand's Central Bank sell art which once graced the boardrooms of high-flying finance firms, officials said Tuesday. The auction is part of Thailand's efforts to recover some of the huge losses incurred when the finance sector crumbled under non-performing loans during the onset of the regional economic crisis last year.
